You Say You Want A Resolution, Well

People of Facebook have been sharing their resolutions for the new year. I don't like resolutions - too much pressure, followed by self-loathing when one fails to live up to the overreaching task. But goals, they seem a little more like suggestions. You know, you could try to "maybe get to the gym a few times a month" seems more attainable than "must go to gym every day."

So in that spirit, I have a short list of goals... all things I can easily accomplish. And it goes a little something like this:

Be nicer

Try harder

Listen to more music

Occasionally leave the house

Spend more time on Facebook

Be less weird

No, be more weird

Buy a new car

Fold laundry

Those should carry me through to 2015, right? Wishing you success in whatever goals (or resolutions) you've set out for yourself, and happy new year to all.
